Spaghetti Bolognese is a weekly staple in our house, so this week I thought I would try changing it up a bit, it worked really well and went down a treat. Continue reading
While shopping the other day I picked up some paella rice and seasoning with the intention of making the Spanish dish, then I realised that paella is primarily a fish dish – and I dont eat fish! I found it in her copy of Levi Roots, food for friends book and it was an instant hit and has become a Sunday staple – Just don’t forget the Yorkshire puddings!

I also love rice dishes and chicken and chorizo is a winning combination in my opinion. So when I found this recipe on the BBC good food site I couldn’t wait to give it a go.
This week I was a bit stuck for idea’s, so I had a look in my fridge and had half a jar of salsa left over from the night before, and half a bag of tortilla chips and tortilla chicken was born!
